Stock lived in spreadsheets. Shipping lived in the courier’s portal. Invoices lived in the accounting app. Customers lived in Viber. Each storefront had its own admin. Nothing reconciled - so nobody knew real margin until the month closed, orders slipped between systems, and the team spent its day copying data instead of selling.
